PRIVACY POLICY FOR GUESTS

When a member of The Hurlingham Club registers you as one of their guests, we will ask them to provide us with your full name, your mobile telephone number, and the date of your visit. We do this:

1) To track how many times, and when, each guest has been to the Club in a calendar year. Each guest can only visit the Club 21 times a year.

2) To send you a confirmation of booking and reference number to be provided to Security on arrival.

Under the DPA 2018, the Club requires a Lawful Basis to process your data. The Lawful Basis under which we are processing your data is Legitimate Interest.

Your data will be held on the Club's computer systems, which have appropriate and proportionate security measures to ensure that your data cannot be accessed without proper authorisation. The Club will never share your data with any third parties, and will not use your data for any purpose other than the two listed above. Your data will be kept until the end of the calendar year that which your visit takes place and will then be deleted.
