WHY CAN I NOT LOG IN TO THE WEBSITE?

There are a few reasons you might receive an error message when trying to log in to the Club website.

If you have entered your username and password but receive a message that says ‘the username or password you entered is incorrect, please try again’, check that you have entered your email address correctly. If the problem persists, click ‘reset your password’ to receive an email with instructions on changing your password.

If you have asked for a reset password link but no email arrives, it may be that your email address has not been registered on the new website. Please click here to contact Communications
