SECURITY SUPERVISOR
DEPARTMENT: SECURITY
THE ROLE
As a member of the Security team, you will work shifts on a roster basis, including weekend and evening shifts, with voluntary overtime shifts available. You will be supervising the day to day of the operation of the security at both the main and back gates, Clubhouse and grounds.
Duties will include allocating duties to the Security team and ensuring the smooth running of all operating standards and requirements whilst providing the highest level of service to all members and guests. You will also act on behalf of the Security Manager or Deputy in their absence.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Candidates will embody our Club values; excellence, responsibility and courtesy. You will hold a current and valid SIA licence and a first aid qualification. Experience of working with a security team is essential. You will have proven communication skills and excellent team work skills. You will have the ability to work under pressure and be friendly, polite and diplomatic. You will also have proven experience of the operation of large functions and events.
