PARENT & TODDLER SWIMMING INSTRUCTOR

FITNESS AT THE CLUB
The Fitness team are a large, friendly team responsible for looking after the members and their guests with regards the indoor fitness facilities; Indoor and Outdoor Pools, Gym, studio classes and Treatment Room.
THE ROLE
Start date: 1 January 2026.
Working hours: 4 hours per week on Saturday mornings.
Pay rate: £33 to £35.
Application closing date: 9 November 2025.
As a Swimming Teacher you will be responsible for teaching juniors of all levels and abilities and have the skillset to build positive working relationships with members of the Club.
The role will be subject to satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service check results, either at a cost of £59 or, if you are subscribed, via the online DBS status check.
REQUIREMENTS
• A relevant and approved Swimming Instructor Qualification (min. Swim England Level 2 Swim Teacher or equivalent).
• SEQ Level 2 Teaching Swimming to babies and toddlers.
• A genuine passion for teaching swimming and helping others achieve.
• Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to go the extra mile.
• Strong engagement and communication skills.
• Competent in completing necessary paperwork, including swimming progress sheets.
