THE DEPARTMENT

The Membership team deal with all aspects of membership at the Club including payment of fees, rules and bye-laws, managing the waiting list and fielding enquiries. They are a friendly office of three that are responsible for ensuring an excellent service for members.


THE ROLE

As Membership Administrator you will work full time; 35 hours over five days, Monday to Friday.

• Being the first port of call for member enquiries by email, phone and face to face.

• Maintaining and managing members' data on our CRM system.

• Handling payments for members' subscriptions and other fees.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Candidates will embody our Club values; excellence, responsibility and courtesy.

Candidates will have excellent communication skills and experience in a similar role or environment and be friendly, polite and diplomatic. Candidates must be IT literate with excellent attention to detail and proven experience of Microsoft Office. Experience of financial transactions is desirable, but not essential.
