The IT department is vital in the provision of technology to the staff, members and guests of the Club. The department provides an important relationship between outsourced service partners and in-house knowledge and strives to provide excellent service delivery with a range of systems and services, to support the business needs.
THE ROLE
As the IT Administration Assistant, you will work an average of approximately 8 hours per week. You will provide administrative support to the IT team. Typical duties will include:

• Maintaining financial records.
• Providing administrative support to the IT management team with administrative duties such as scheduling meetings and preparing documentation.
• Managing IT finance tasks, including invoicing, processing and purchase orders.
• Liaising with suppliers and third-party vendors.
• Coordinating cross-departmental processes and training activities.
• Supporting compliance frameworks (e.g. PCI-DSS, Cyber Security Essentials).
• Assisting with scheduling, document preparation, and verifying orders.
