The Food & Beverage team are responsible for the member food and beverage outlets at the Club, as well as the running of the events in its East Wing. For its members, the Club boasts several F&B outlets. Our versatile events venue hosts prestigious events in a fully adaptable Events Suite, ranging from meetings and conferences to weddings and awards ceremonies.
THE ROLE
Hours – average of 40 hours per week on a roster basis over five days, including early, late and weekend shifts.
Typical duties will include
• Managing a team of of catering staff and porters while providing exceptional service.
• Having full knowledge of the set up and close-down of large-scale events.
• Dealing with special requirements.
• Booking / scheduling staff on to relevant training.
• Deputising for the Head of Events Operations where required.
• Assisting with the coordination of writing rosters, ensuring that staffing levels reflect the needs of the Club.
