DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE
DEPARTMENT: FOOD & BEVERAGE
The Club has a large brigade of chefs that cater for a bar and two member restaurants including a busy brasserie and dining restaurant. The Club also has a large corporate banqueting facility which is available to accommodate up to 1,000 guests for a seated dinner.
The role reports into the Executive Head Chef and you will work an average of 40 hours per week on a roster basis, which may include early, late and weekend shifts.
Candidates will embody our Club values; excellence, prudence, integrity, courtesy. Candidates should have proven previous experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen and be keen to advance their skills and knowledge under a dynamic and team spirited Executive Head Chef.
