CHEF DE PARTIE - FIXED TERM

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Club has a large brigade of chefs that cater for a bar and two member restaurants including a busy brasserie and dining restaurant. The Club also has a large corporate banqueting facility which is available to accommodate up to 800 guests for a seated dinner.

 

ROLE ARRANGEMENTS

The role reports into the Executive Head Chef and you will work an average of 40 hours per week on a roster basis, which may include early, late and weekend shifts.

This is a fixed term opportunity, candidates must be available until the end of June. 

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates will embody our Club values; excellence, prudence, integrity, courtesy. Candidates should have proven previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a busy kitchen and be keen to advance their skills and knowledge.
