CASUAL CHEF DE PARTIE
The Club has a large brigade of chefs that cater for a bar and two member restaurants including a busy brasserie and dining restaurant. The Club also has a large corporate banqueting facility which is available to accommodate up to 1,000 guests for a seated dinner.
Offers of work will be offered on a casual and roster basis, including weekend and evening shifts.
Candidates will embody our Club values; excellence, prudence, integrity, courtesy. Candidates should have proven previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen and be keen to advance their skills and knowledge under a dynamic and team spirited Executive Head Chef.
