The Harness Room Kitchen – offering a relaxed menu exclusively for members and their guests, providing light breakfasts, lunches and a more formal evening offering.
THE ROLE
Hours – average of 40 hours per week on a roster basis over five days, including early, late and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities - you will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming experience for our members and their guests. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and drinks, and demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our food and beverage menus to assist with special requests or dietary requirements. Additionally, you will oversee shift operations, effectively delegate tasks, and ensure a smooth, efficient service.

Candidates should have previous experience in a senior or supervisory role and have a strong desire to enhance their expertise and grow professionally.
