PEYTON

Peyton is an American-British singer, songwriter and performer whose career launched with the release of his self-penned single A Higher Place on Hed Kandi Records in 2003, topping dance charts worldwide and establishing what would become Peyton’s trademark signature sound.  Since then, Peyton’s voice and lyrics have long been synonymous with soulful house, with his gospel-infused uplifting vocals borrowing inspiration from his childhood as the real-life son of a preacher man in Virginia.

For the past two decades Peyton has performed in over sixty countries and across six continents while holding summer residencies in Ibiza, and even participating in the 2016 season of The X Factor. He has collaborated with many of house music’s most beloved all-stars, including the late godfather of house, Frankie Knuckles, and legendary producer Eric Kupper.  In 2022 Peyton co-founded and launched Revival Records, a new label and music collective committed to creating high-quality dance productions as well as more opportunities for artists.

He is currently the host of Revival Records Podcasts, and his soulful vocals can be heard on Revival’s latest release – a stomping 2024 dance floor remake of George Michael’s beloved and timeless anthem, Freedom.
